"I have spent more
than 8 years dealing with TMJ symptoms. I have spent
more than 20,000 dollars and have approximately 2 dozen
or more oral appliances. Though I am always told I have
TMJ (which is the just the name of the joint) through
the years I myself, have realized that it is bruxism
that is the real problem through pamphlets and reading
more and more about it, it all begin to make sense. I
only do it while sleeping and didn't even know I was
grinding and clinching. The first couple years I saw
regular doctors and then specialists (like ENTs and neurologists)

to thank the makers of Serenitol for a wonderful product.
After years and years of searching for answers to my morning
headaches and a constant worried and anxious demeanor, I am
now happy to say I have only a headache once every 1 to 2
months and I take a Serenitol and it's gone. I noticed too
that I am very calm (even with my kids) but not a zombie
that only wants to sleep. I had been prescribed Valium by my
